Concord Girls Softball League - Registration

Welcome to the

Spring 2024 LATE Registration 

This form is only to be used if you have permission from the league for late registration.  If you register without permission your registration will be canceled and refunded minus a $10 administration fee.   Please do not register late without prior permission from ConcordGirlsSoftballLeague@gmail.com

Before you begin registering, please read through the following information:

Your daughter's playing age is based on her age as of January 1st, 2024 for registration.

Birthyear 2018 - Register for 6U  
Birthyear 2017 - Register for 6U
Birthyear 2016  - Register for 8U
Birthyear 2015 - Register for 8U
Birthyear 2014 - Register for 10U
Birthyear: 2013 -  Register for 10U
Birthyear: 2012 - Register for 12U
Birthyear: 2011 - Register for 12U
Birthyear: 2010- Register for 14U
Birthyear: 2009 - Register for 14U
 

We encourage girls to play in the division they are eligible for, however you have the option as her parent for them to play up.  However, you are not permitted to put them in a younger age division.  If a player is improperly registered we will need to change their division prior to assigning them to teams and you'll be required to pay the additional fees.   If you would like to move your player up please register them for the allowed division and email Concord girls to have the division adjusted.

Additional Information:

• Practices will begin mid/late April
• Games will begin either late May or Early June.  Teams assignments will be complete and you should hear from your coach in Early April with practices days/time along with season start/end dates.
• Players will receive shirts & Socks (10u and up will receive belts as well.) 
• You must provide your own black softball pants in 10U and up. (8U can wear pants or shorts)
• Due to this being late registration - NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.

• Travel players will be limited to two per team in the 8/10u divisions. The older divisions will be limited to comply with league rules.   In addition, pitching/field time may be limited in fairness to the non travel players in the league.
